Background

Lush Digital is the digital arm of the UK-based cosmetics retailer Lush. This division of the company focuses on creating and managing the company’s digital presence, which includes the Lush website and social media channels, as well as digital marketing and advertising efforts.

Lush Digital also contributes to developing the brand’s digital strategy and is responsible for leveraging technology to enhance the online and in-store customer experience. This includes developing digital tools and platforms, such as mobile apps and interactive in-store displays.

In addition, Lush Digital is also involved in content creation. For instance, they have a dedicated team for producing digital media content, such as articles, blogs, videos, and podcasts, which engage customers and share the brand’s values and messages.

The Lush Digital team requested Firney’s assistance with design through a technical implementation workflow, sourcing Subject Matter Experts, and the creation of a roadmap of activities to enable them to achieve their quality, security, compliance and efficiency goals.
